How could I install a module made for Nuke 7.5 or 7.6 into a 7.3 site?

FNA3.0 is only for 7.5+ but I have been using verions 2.2 for years until I upgraded to patched 3.1 then it broke.

If I want to upgrade to 3.0 how could I do it on a 7.3 site?

Well theoretically, if it doesn't use the new admin system, then you're fine. Ala, no files in modules/YOURMODULE/admin/
If not, then you'll have to do some file moving and changes to get them to work in /admin instead
