Hi
Im not sire how many of you are using 4nAlbum091.
i have runn into na problem
i have it installed on my php nuke and it was working fine and than i have moved my stuff to a diffrent server and it stoped working so i deleted everything. i did put everything back on fresh and it would still show me this messege whan i try to add an media
"You can't post this file: Filetype not supported
or you didn't enter a filename."
i went into the coinfig and it is set for jpg, gif, png, bmp, and others i cant figer out the problem can somebody help? |

Are you referring to the 4nAbum091 "config" or the Apache/IIS allowed file types? There can be several places where file types can be excluded or, if not expressely included, could be excluded.
Unfortunately, I am not an expert at web server configuration, but if you are using Apache, you may want to check for exclusions in your .htaccess file (either at your root web or even possibly somewhere in your Abum directories). You may also want to check the Apache httpd.conf or mime.types files under Apache's conf directory.
Maybe this will help... maybe not. Let us know what you find and then maybe one of the more experienced folks here can help you further. |

he...it only looks that way..lol
i used thalbum myself long ago,if it works ok but if not it can take some time to get it working...
but yeah i had almost some problem...
i suggest to "pretend" your doing a new install and set proper rights to the folders where needed. |

sorry i was out
here is the problem i have changed servers so they upgraded my server and had to move all the files to a diffrent one my entire database and files were moved and since then i'm having that problem
i did remove all the files and the database for that album
i did install a new one and did everything lik usual and it didnt work again
im douing this for 3 straight years and i never had this problem but now i cant fix it
montego YES I'm refering to the actual config on admin.php where you can set types of pictures to be uploaded and everything is set
i did upload a brand new one and it's not working could it be posebile that the server I'm on now is not good? |

ok now i got the problem resolved but i have one more step to make wich is
i need to find a file called php.ini where can i fnd it
i was looking on my server in folder etc it's not there
those are the files i see

quota
shadow
any clues? |
