When I make a new instalation of a PHPBB forum when I want to login to it it always give me page cannot be displayed, I have had this problem in the past and I just do a re install, It usualy does it on a clean install I have noticed. Please help as it is really confuing and tedius having to re install.

What are your cookie settings, forum domain, and script path in for forum ACP -> configuration?

Well I install quite a few of these PHPBB forums and leave all the cookie settings default so I assume it is not that.
