Raven Nuke and Gallery 1.5.1

I am not sure what exactly happened to my site. I was having some issues staying logged into gallery under admin. I went into the config and changed the urls of my gallery to include the www and I changed skipRegisterGlobals to yes after reading some posts about it at nukedgallery. I saved the config file and now I am getting a security violation. I went and changed everything back and now I cannot get rid of the security violation and my site is out of commission. I do not know if it is nuke sentinel that is causing this or something on my host side. I looked and sentinel did not ban me. Can you help?

I solved the problem. The geek log directory was messing up the installation. Everything is back to normal now.
