Moving website nad having database problems

You guys have been able to help me out before and I thought I would point someone new to your site to see if you can help him.

He was running 7.9 but after talking to me he downgraded to 7.7. Now he is trying to move the website to a new host and is having some problems. everything is working besides a problem in the fourms area...

I will send him a PM about this thread, and he will stop by to check it out.

I started a new database, restored all the tables, complete and total restore, i can see/read all topics/posts but when i try to post a reply i get:

well looks to me the restoring etc ...didnt go that well..
the line Duplicate entry indicates that...,wrong count or doesnt match...
tried every repair tool there is?
