I received several spam e-emails to my noreply@mysite.com. Don´t know if that´s a new kind of spam because I did´t get such e-mails before. Also I don´t know at the moment wich of the spammer gang is behind this. The sender is faked, the IP is always different and the names are also faked. The subject is of course in every e-mail different.
The email contains no text and no link only a gif and there are Company names like: Espion International, AMEROSSI INTL GRP, USN Corp etc.
How do you filter such mails ? |

these are just one of the many things spammers try...
that your just seeing it for the first time doesnt mean its new..i thought i seen it all.
i even had spam long ago receiving it under my name..
but they are submitted to spamcop...
i have a normal mail traffic of my hosting closed.
every mail send goes into the trapper..
so every mail i do send or receive goes through my isp.
who uses filters also, but sometimes a few slip by...
but susann, the idea of warning companies.....,trust me..its useless.
you will definately end up doing more work that has no end to it. |

You are definitely right it isn´t a new kind of spam. From the site where I found the information the first stock spam e-mail is from the year 2003.There are also studies about the effectiveness of this. However, it´s perfect nonsense to send me such spam e-mails. |

to some point yes,but studies do show that spammers look at these ways of spamming a bit different then we do,we might think its useless...but they think ...whatever helps...
but informing companies.....i did that many times...but its completely useless..
they dont even say thank you.. |

It´s schizophrenic, isn´t it. I get stock spam and the company name in this e-mail is Espion International. It´s a company with words like security and anti-spam-solution on her website. http://www.espionintl.com/about.php
Her mail system was under a DDoS spam attack. Don´t know if that could be a reason. |

not that many are that good so they arent traceable susann.
so every idiot that slips trough my isp filter gets reported....
when i get them it means they are new, never caught yet,or a glitch in the system,anyway...when i receive it i do report them.
sometimes i report them more then once... |

I keep getting these spams that are just cut up images with the text on them. My webmail doesn't even recombine them.. so its even pointless because I never even read the message. I just take the source and analyze them with Spamcop, see where its coming from |

Quote: | I have never had one of those | Guardian I will send you a ton of different spam mails immediately if you give me your special email for that.
I m sure I got the stock spams trough new members of us. However, that email address doesn´t exist anymore and that reduced the spam emails. I´m using different filter options but you can never filter all kinds of emails.
There is no pardon. I´m for penalties like hack down all 10 fingers of such spammers and also all toes too. |

Not a problem, if you spot something new or from a new domain, feel fre to forward it to me at spammersATcode-authorsDOTcom
I'm trying to maintain a list of active spammers, hackers etc for my project.
The same goes for anyone else. |
