I solved that problem. I put a wrong chmod. lol... It has to be 666. And I have to put the password on auth pass over auth admin list. I haven't tried 644 yet.

Also, see if you server is using apache mod_security. I have heard of some people having issues with pdf generation when mod_security is used.
