But that didnt work. PM no longer pop up.

Any news ?
I couldn´t fix my popup issue in Nuke but there are many hacks for phpBB standalone.

Through some searches I found an old post How to make this popup after login.
Maybe someone can try this. I did´t checked it with 2.0.21

the codezwiz block called cz user info makes the pop up happen when you enter the site not the forums. [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ] should have it.

Do you have this problem with any of the core themes? I'm curious as I know some third party themes with forum files have forgotten to include the $pop_up variable.

I'm sure we can post the fix, it's just a quesion of finding that specific one given that we have logged over 500 core nuke issues and made several thousand changes.

Aha, the problem is with your re-writing rules.
Which script are you using for your url re-writing?

OK I suggest you might want to use Montego's support forum as he is the best qualified to determine if this is a re-write issue which I think it might be.
Quote RN0000397

The problem might stem from the fact that re-write rules generally attempt to change & to &amp for better compliance however, jabascript (which the PM pop-up uses) doesnt like &amp

Guardian2003, thanks for pointing xGSTQ over to the site. Not sure yet if it is the same issue, but I posted the fix that I did for RN 2.10. I'm going to sift through some of the other changes we've made and see if any of those could be related. I will report back here only if I find something.
