My very first thought was........"Oh boy, Have I already worn out my welcome with Raven and my Noobness?? Rolling Eyes

But as I read on, I realized that I have been following at least some of these points on my own. In the last two days or so I have messed my site up doing silly things, that if I had thought more or had a bit more knowledge I wouldn't have done. Having already bothered everyone here for a couple of issues, I didn't want to have to again.

I googled, I thought it thru. I was actually on the right track but didn't realize that there were three pages to a table I was looking for. I did finally have to ask at a forum but it was a forum that was more geared to the problem I had.

I'm not sure if I make assumptions or not. I will have to watch that in the future. I do think about the title of a post, not sure how well I do on that. Razz About the code part....lol it is mostly over my head, but I have been doing alot of Looking for particular things inside a file and am starting to see more of the lay out.

As pertains to php sites I don't know my real score on All of these ... But I know that the points made in the article relate to almost every problem one might encounter on the web, in a game, or on the real life server.

I hope that you get some good response here, Raven. Laughing It is a worthy topic of conversation. Thanks for posting the article Raven and may it help to save you and all of your hard working helpers much angst.

Well back to seeing what else I can mess up ROTFL

I would only add two things:

1) If asking a nuke or module question, always state what version you are running of Nuke, Patched, Forums, etc...

2) If you solve the problem on your own because of an answer you found in another post, or because you found the problem on your own, always post that information as it may aid others in the future. Simply saying, "I found and fixed the problem" doesn't help other users that may experience the same issue later.
