Very easy to install and setup.Block Display Modes:
Active Survey (manual) - you select a survey to be displayed

Forum Survey (manual) - you enter a series of forum ids for the block to pull the latest surveys from.

FULL Auth Check (auto) - will check the users read/vote permissions against all forums. So the block will only display surveys from forums that users have access to.

Forum Auth Check (auto)- checks the forums permission for auth_read and auth_vote. If auth_read is set to ALL and auth_vote is set the REG, surveys will be pulled from that forum.
