I am running Nukesentinel 2.5.05 that I believe is up to date.

I have a user at IP 77.98.75.123 that gets an invalid IP message when he tries to connect.

I think I have updated my country data correctly but could someone link me to the instructions so I can make sure that I have not overlooked something.

I am relatively new to Nukesentinel so please forgive my noobishness.

I am what you might call hyper-security sensitive and may not want to add the $bypassNukeSentinelInvalidIPCheck = true; to my config.php.

There is a new version of NS out, 2.5.06, which I believe includes a fix for this problem.

I would give it a go and hopefully it will fix your problem. Wink

There really isn't any security worries with setting $bypassNukeSentinelInvalidIPCheck to true is there? Hackers can spoof their IP or use a proxy server. All that check does is see if the IP is in a known range, based on your IP2C tables, right? Again, I'd really wish someone would shed some light on this feature.

I don't think the latest NS fixes this problem, per se.

You are either going to have to continually update your IP2Country tables or set that bypass flag to true I think.
