Results Not Shown After Voting on a Survey

After voting on the survey from the index.php page (using the block) the user is brought to the following page/URL: http://www.boozebros.ca/surveys.html?op=results&pollID=117

This page does not list the results of the poll but rather shows all past surveys.

However, when you vote from this url: http://www.boozebros.ca/survey-117.html, which I think is the module everything works correctly. Any thoughts?
