Backup DB

Hey all,

Don't rely know if this is the place for this ?

I was in my ACP of RN and went to do a Backup DB and this is the massage I received.. What do you all think it could be ?

I can back-up my Nuke 8.0 DB from the ACP no problem on the same server....

Another question.. As I am a noob I fear that I am not smart enough to do a proper migration from Nuke 8.0 to my new RN set up. I have been trying to set up on my local CPU here in my house with no luck. What I was wondering is if I go to my phpbb ACP DB backup and save this could I import it to my new RN phpbb via phpbb ACP and retain my forums ? To do this would I also need to have my users in place in my RN db so the phpbb DB could recognize the posters. I only have 20 registered people in my live site now, and like 443 post. So I could go and add the users and give them new passwords, and when the user come back to the site they would have to use the new password to get in then they could change it once in the site. But the forums is what I rely want to try to keep. Also could I maybe just back up the phpbb tabels for the forums only and import them to my new RN site ? Better yet, I am going to make a donation to RN for all the help that has been given and for the CMS it self. What would it take to have one of you so kind persons to do/help me with this migration ?

There is a forum specifically for posting job offerings such as this. Please post your "specifications" there and someone will respond if they are available.

With regard to importing the forums, you should be able to dump the tables from your current phpbb database and restore them to a RN one. But you need to make sure that the table structures match exactly first. There are many threads of discussion here about comparing table structures. Obviously, the way PHPbb stores users "natively" is different than the way Nuke does as part of PHPbb integration but your idea of creating the users independently might work. It would be a good idea to try it on a test system first and make sure things work before trying to "go live" with it.
