I can't click at my banner button on my administration panel coz only show

_BANNERS and no picture to click at.

* fresh install of RN v2.10.01

Please...

Due to you seeing the _BANNERS instead of actual text, this is sounding like your FTP of files is incomplete and/or corrupt. I would get yourself FileZilla (free from http://sourceforge.net) and re-FTP all yours files to make sure you have everything.
