Seem to be banning AOL users from overseas

I seem to be banning AOL users in the IP range starting with 92.xx.xx.xx They both claim to be AOL users but I couldn't tell from a traceroute if that was so or not but it does show them outside the country. Any ideas if these guys are legit or how I can find out? I can't find them in the IP ban table anywhere but they both say they don't have access.

Here's their IPs

First guy showed two IPs and asked to be unbanned about two weeks ago:
92.9.69.199 & 92.8.148.179

Second guy just today:
92.2.107.176

How can I figure out why they are being banned?
Any help would be appreciated,

According to whois, all those IPs go to a host in the UK named
Carphone Warehouse Broadband Services

I don't know if that's AOL affliated or not.
If you believe its an AOL problem, check and see whether proxy protection is turned on. I know AOL used proxies at one point, esp for their dialups. Who knows if they still need such a system.

Thanks, I had it set to strong.

I'll step it down until it works for them.

With just one guy it was questionable but the second guy I've seen around and feel pretty safe with him.

I'll look into the CWBS service too, to see what I find.
