Questions / Quiz Module?

I wanted to put together a list of questions, and then rate the site members based on how many they got right / wrong. Kind of like a little test that shows them their score at the end. The questions would need to be able to have images (preferably HTML), with the possible answers being in the format such as:

What will this Defensive Line Call stop?

A. Inside Runs
B. Out Side Runs
C. Isolation Runs
D. Pressure / Sack the Quarterback
E. B and C
F. A and D
G. A, B, C, and D

Are there any modules that would provide this capability?

I believe there is a survey tool called edogpros that allows multiple questions, but I'm not sure it has the ability to score. There is also nukequiz, though the author's site (http://www.kissoftware.org.uk/) is not responding.
