Raven or someone with a dedicated CPanel server may know this answer best. Just upgraded from Cpanel 9.2 to 9.3

Ive noticed that at times, the website loads fast BUT images tend to load up slow. On May 15th, the day of the Jones-Tarver pay per view, we had almost 1700 users on without a problem, now there could be 200 users on and the site images load slow.

I have also noticed that sometimes th PHP script has trouble executing, for example....when logging in as a user, I press enter to send the login in information and go to anbrowser error page telling me that the page cant be found. I come back a few minutes later and it works. Same thing happens when deleting information in the Admin section.

I cant figure out whats going on or whats wrong but I'm losing my mind, Ive even turned off a few PHP scripts but no dice, the images still tend to have a slower load then usual. Ive tested the site on 5 different computers, all with high speed connections.

It would seem this is a server issue but I fail to see any connection between the problems you describe and the cpanel upgrade - unless the host did some other upgrades at the same time.
Have you experienced any problems getting your cpanel to load or are the problems specific to your nuke site?

I would probably just complain to the host and ask them to reboot the server.

the main problem seem to be the images having a slow load, everything else loads fine. i did a graceful reboot several times this week and still the same result. i fully manage the server so the host didnt add anything.

I assume you have checked image file sizes etc to see if there are any abnormally large custom graphics.
Have you checked the site stats etc in particular, the bandwidth useage in case you have any hotlinks loading the server.

LOL, the funny thing is that since 5/21-5/22, awstats and all other stat programs have stopped working. Thats all around the the time when all of this madness happened.

Solved the problem, it was the stalled stat programs. Once I went into shell and restarted the stat programs, everything started running really fast on the site again. Thank God!

The problem I only have now is why Google, Alta Vista and Yahoo stopped grabbing news stories from my site for their feeds. All three stopped at the same time, checked robots.txt and none of them are blocking any of these robots.
