www. button only see once logged in

Hi all, I have a sea fishing related website and a fair few long term members use there www. url which shows a non keyword related link.
As they are long term members all their posts have out going links that are not keyword related to the site and and I say these links are on many thousands of pages and surely this cant be good for SEO Question

I was wondering if there is such a mod about that you can only see the www. link button of a member when logged in etc??? as then google could not pick up on them.

Before you use a mod try this in modules/Forums/viewtopic.php:

find:

Code:

if ( $poster_id != ANONYMOUS )

and replace it with:

Code:

if ( $poster_id != ANONYMOUS AND $userdata['session_logged_in'] )

if you need to hide some more things you could use a mod instead.
There are different versions for phpBB available I believe.

I use it since years and because I hide many more things in my forum but I can´t tell you anything about disadvantages.
If you like it use it at your own risk.
