Turn off email notification

Is there a way to turn it off? Our domain is getting blacklisted somehow, I think. I was looking at email in cpanel and noticed 643 (since aug2009) rejected email notifications from mainly 3 hosts - one is Hotmail/windows live mail. Every one of the rejected emails, except hotmail, were notifications from our website to users that a topic they were watching as been updated. Hotmail is rejecting all email from our domain.

Did you checked already admin.php?op=yaUsersConfig ?
There is an option for this I believe.
But its not the final solution.

However, I would search in different spam databases and find out where you are listed. This is what I did. My site is in such a database where my hoster need to pay to get removed and of course he is not willing to do so.Its like extortion. So my final solution would be to move and change the IP/host.
