Are you using a standard theme or a custom one?

Please can you turn on error reporting in the config.php file and post back with any errors.

Also is this with a free host?

This is the same issue that myself and several other members here have posted about. It normally turns out that a block on the homepage is causing the issue. I suggest turning off any java blocks first and then eliminating and testing them after that. Good luck. This issue seemed to start with 2.31

This is a free host problem I quess or you didn´t uploaded all files.
Is your rnconfig set to $error_reporting = E_ALL;
and there isn´t any other error displayed ?
Check also your dblog in folder rnlogs.

Well you get what you pay for. Your free hoster is currently down. But there are enough other free sites where it should work. Just try out an other.
If its a serious project I would never use a free hoster because you are not really free there.They have often many restrictions.
