RNYA - Pageview Inactivity Timer Not Working

In the RNYA Configuration => Registration, I have the Pagview Inactivity set for 30 minutes. I'm "looking" at a user as I write this that has been on the same page for over 60 minutes now without a refresh. Same for others that show inactivity for 30 minutes. Function isn't working here.

A few questions:

1. Is your site active enough to have had other page views (or are you forcing page views) so that the code is being executed.

2. What are you using to check this... i.e., what exactly do you mean when you say "looking"?

1. over 100 users "viewing", mostly "guests"

2. WhoIsWhere tells me where the user is and refreshes every 30 seconds. Tracked IP shows the user on the same page and has not visited another in the last 60 minutes or so.
