invalid IP after install procedure on localhost

After the install procedure on localhost (xampp based on XP) I have this error message: "You have attempted to access this site with an invalid IP."

How could I avoid this?

Look especially in the Trouble shooting section of the Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! Wink
