iPhone and nuke sentinal

Hello all, for some time now I have been getting emails from members that are being blocked by entering my site by the use of an iphone, as this type of access has become very popular I am getting far more people email me with " why am I blocked from the site " Confused

Is anyone else getting this? is there a remedy for this problem?

The info l posted was wrong? if it was thats the only info they could see on screen?

Maybe it could be something to do with UK networks or different security settings?

mrix, we somehow need to get the block reason. What you posted doesn't have it. Maybe find that block within your Display Blocked IP's function and tell us what the block Reason was.

I see there is a Remote Address but no Client IP so it's possible if you have proxy blocking turned on that it is getting blocked because of that.

I should add while I'm here that the IP address is actually from a NAT block so it is highly likely that the IP is not even recognised by NS due to a lot of NAT IP's being unregistered; in other words, NS might be handling this IP as 'reserved' or 'unknown' and defaulting to blocking it because of that.
The only real way to find that out is to search for the IP within NS and see what it says.

I some times get this aswell, but it does seem to be inconsistent and not all the time, but this is the blocked paged I have just got from my own site
