Hi Guys,

This has no connection with guys associated with RavenNuke

In the UK we have a sales of goods act. Essentially, the Act states that what you sell must fit its description, be fit for its purpose and be of satisfactory quality. If not, you - as the supplier - are obliged to sort out the problem.

Is there something similar which covers this in America?

Say you purchased a theme set and when you opened, for example, downloads, only half a page appeared, you would go back to where you bought it. Online or shop right?

It wasn't a theme/module but as an example.

Would you then expect a response like this.

There are several things you can do. The first is to let the company that sold you the product know of your issues and let them try to reconcile the problem.

If that does not work, there is the Better Business Bureau bbb.org.

Most credit card companies have a purchaser protection plan that allows for you to dispute a charge if the product is misrepresented.

Unless you spent over a certain amount, usually $100 (varies from state to state), they could be taken to small claims court.
