So I upgraded 7.3 to 7.4 then to 7.5 and now my admin password doesn't work. SO I did the table reset, and now I am in as admin but all the modules are gone. wtf?

Most modules in 7.5 have their own separate admin panels. That's one of the new 'features' of 7.5

Not much of a feature since its so d*** hard to get into.

Dropping the user in the cpanle myphpadmin doesn't work I can recreate the user using dc647eb65e6711e155375218212b3964 as the password which is Password, and I can log in, but I am not a Goduser, anyone have any suggestions?

If I try and edit something, it doesn't let me. Where in the tables is the "God" mode switch?

Change the name to God using phpMyAdmin in the authors table.
