Ok, I've had a custom module which let's call "blah isn't blah".

Note the apostraphe in there (the single quote).

When I try to go to this module I get an insert error, which I believe is one of two things.

Error inserting into NUKE_SESSION
Error in Raven's Who is Where (but I doubt it).

I think the single quote is not being escaped is the issue apparently.

Note, I had this working, and after moving from one host to another this error occured. So perhaps like when all modues become inactive upon a file download/upload this is something I just need to set?

Obvious questions
---------------------
Is the module active? YES
Are you sure there is no illegal insert in the index.php? YES
What's the exact error msg?

Quote:
Unable to Insert. MySQL said: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 't blah')' at line 1

What version of PHPNuke? 7.2

Thanks any and all.

So the apostraphe is actually in the module name? If so, rename it and see if the problem goes away.

It does go away, but this is by removing the apostaphe from the module's Custom Title, which I believe is inserted into NUKE_SESSION.

Was just curious about this issue since it's not a big deal, yet it was working before.

Oh, any way to trace a $THEME not being passed? I check on my cPanel error logs and see a lot of:

Quote:

File does not exist: /home/ha/public_html/themes//images/pixel.gif

Which I'm sure in some code is /home/ha/publich_html/themese/$theme/images/pixel.gif
