Problem with Mozilla and my Forums!

I can't open my forums with Mozilla!
Well when i click on fourms it apper in the block "Last 15 Articles" place and it is small and all the web goes right and ...
everythings gone messed up.
I have block "Last 15 Articles" from Forums.
I cant explain,but you can see it here... Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! (open it with Mozilla , FireFox)
And just one problem more - the marquee doesn't work too in Mozilla.
I'll be so thankful if somebody can help me!

Disable that block, then post the code from it here. It might be a missing tag in the block.

Welll,i've just install Mozilla FireFox to make some experiments ,because i didn't have it before on my pc.
I found that the problem is in the block,when i turn block visible only for registered users,and open my web with mozilla as Guest,and i click on forum there's no problem!
I cant find any errors in block below:
