How to turn on PC killer option

Hi everyone. This is probably really simple but I cant find the option to turn on the PC killer option. I started with sentinel 2.10 and recently upgraded to 2.1.2. I downloaded the new templates from the GanjaUK site.
Should there be a configuration switch in the 2.1.2 admin panel??
Did I miss this option during the upgrade?

Just delete everything in the abuse folder and reupload the default files from that folder.

I replaced eveything in the Abuse folder but I still do not see anything that enables the PC killer option. I have seen references to configuring this option elsewhere in the Forum. Shouldn't there be an option in the admin panel or somewhere???

You need to fill in the Forward To in the various blockers. For instance, go into Admin Blocker Settings and place the url where they are stored, like http://YOURSITE.com/abuse/abuse.html
