How do I use an animated Flash header on the index page only

I'm using a theme that I purchased online. It comes with a flash header that has a really nice animation of the header's components falling into place, with sound effects and all - very high tech. The only problem is that the header animation restarts every time a visitor clicks a link to go to the other pages on my site. This becomes very annoying for me as I'm still building the site. I can only imagine how my visitors will feel when I launch the site.

I would love to save them the anguish of having to watch this animation every time they click to another page.

Is there a way for me to use two versions of the header? For instance use an animated version of the header ONLY on the index page (home page) of my site and use a non-animated version of the header on ALL other pages?

Or maybe there is a way to use two index pages. One with the animated header and one with out.

I have no clue what to do. Any ideas? If some one knows how this can be done that would be awesome!

im not completely sure but i think you cant realy solve this.
because flash is in this case completely stupid...it just plays every time it loads..
but i remember a workaround to this but it depends on how the author made it....
best way is to contact the author...
