I got phpnuke 7.6 with chatserve patch 2.9... Just wondering which is the best version of GT/Nextgen to use and where to download from.

I found audioslaved GT to work well. Just read closely the README files. I believe you need to install 0.4 and 0.4a. 0.4a is an update to 0.4. Everything worked like a charm for me.
