Database and module intergration project

I am seeking to hire someone who has the ability and time to work on a project intergrating an already known module with another php run program. Due to the idea being mine I would like to speak of it in private. If you have experience in creating modules and dealing with databases/tables and time please contact me.

This is a paying job and I am not looking to negotiate your price. I am looking to get good work. I will discuss what I need and if your price is good, then I pay withot delay and we lock up the contract.
