PHP nuker needed.

I need a web site that I think can be done by modifying the PostNuke wrapper.

It would need to have the additional modules - Live help, and Chat. The profile section would need to be modified and all sections would need different login access. I have a complete outline of the changes needed. I work for a small company, so honestly our budget isnt large but we can afford to pay someone enough to make it worth their time I think. I would also like the inclusion of a WYSWYG editor, gallery module that launches separtely www.chickensplus for an example. and a spell checker that works in the Forum area. We would allow you to use your creativity but the color pattern would have to be in the purple (not glowing) or shades of purple.
