blank page after running upgrade file

first sorry for my bad English
I using nuke 7.7 and copy all 7.8 files
and I running upgrade77-78.php
show blank page!
in previews version show :
PHP-Nuke Update finished!
You should now delete this upgrade file from your server.
my question is :
why after running upgrade77-78.php show blank page
my site is working!!!
and nuke_cities imported!

Did it show the blank page on the upgrade page, on the index page, or on a module page?
