1#I have members saying their Signatures from my old phpbb forum (without nuke) Dont work in my Nuke phpBB forum (my current one).

I looked into the problem and sow the Signatures have a charature limit, i set the forums options to allow huge Signatures length to 1500 charatures
but it still cuts the end of long Signatures. Is their a file i can edit to fix this? due to the fact the signatures are conected to the nukes member profile

2# My disabled tinyMCE fixed alot of problems Very Happy i removed the boot code in the javascritp.php BUT it dont work on writing articels. I was thinking is there a way to force the forums to accept Full HTML? like a hack?

hello,

that would be a nice trick with you character signature cause a table can only hold 255,thats standard..
or i missed something somewhere.

as to your html question...
that would be pretty stupid..

NOTE BY MODERATOR CurtisH: By stupid, he means it is extremely dangerous to your site. Allowing full html implementation opens you up to many exploits.

#1. Change the length of the user_sig field in the nuke_users table. By default installation this field is set to VARCHAR and a field length of 255 characters. You can change it to another type like BLOB or TEXT. For more information about these go here:

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/string-types.html

or here:

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/blob.html

#2. You can allow it, but it is a tremendous security risk. Why do you think the developers went to all the trouble to make sure it couldn't be used in the first place?
