If you are receiving Forbidden messages when attempting to download files, there's a good chance it's your firewall software/settings. Especially if you are using Norton or Zone Alarm. Temporarily disable it and see if the download works. If so, you need to adjust your settings Smile. Thanks to KMarion for this reminder!
