right blocks and footer missing [fixed]

index.php does not load footer.php and right blocks correctly, although all other pages do. Presume if comes from footer.php

You can't access this file directly...

niether one make a difference. but...
when i took out sentenil calls last night, the page did load right. when i put them back in it stopped working again. Just don't know where to start looking Sad

Actually the next thing to load would have been the sentinal center block not the footer!
