mass message edit screen

Hi everyone.

I want to approve the entries before they are released so that I can delete spammers etc before they appear.

but where do I find the mass message edit screen. I'm probably being really stupid but just can't seem to work it out.

You mean the bottom of the Admin Page or forum moderation?

I'm not sure. I've made moderateEntries TRUE. - So where do I go to moderate the entries?

Have you read the MODERATE_ENTRIES file? You release/hold the entries via the Edit Posts screen.
