Hi,
i'm looking for someone to modify the donations module i have to allow two copies to run on same nuke site at the same time,
i know i will need two different paypal accounts etc,
i have started to convert a copy i made, but ran into trouble with getting access to the config screen, links from admin can get me to the ipn reconcile screen, but when clicking on config button in there it just picks up the original donation config and not the copy version.
i run nuke treasury v1.1 set to GBP £
anyone fancy a bash at making a duplicate working version to run along side the main one?
think it would come in handy if there was one,
just to mention i called the second one, Donation instead of Donations,
let me know please.
thanks in advance B2Z |

I have to ask - why?
Why do you want two donations modules? |

If its like a standard admin script, it will have "op" variables that need to be changed throughout the code. |

hi thanks for the quick replies,
ok guardian 2003 = need two so i can seperate membership from donations payments
evaders = i think i have changed most things but may have missed something, i have the two modules, two blocks, two admin treasury gifs, two reconcile tables page running fine apart from the reconcile button and calculations (but i know what that is) it's the actual config screen i can't get as it was linking still to the other copy running so i could not alter the swingday, amounts, blah blah, but now when i click on the config button, i get a blank white page.
yes i could just use a donate or paypal button, but i would like others to see who donated, i would use the button if someone has a script to disply payments from joe bloggs in a block, and just run a normal button with that idea.
thanks guys in advance and hope someone has an idea for this please.

just to add if module is a no go, then does anyone know if there is a module that allows me to add a members username to a supporters block etc,
basically we have moved to our own VPS server from a shared crappy server, and it is costing us a fair amount each month, although happy with the server and no downtime in last 10 days, members have offered to doante towards keeping the VPS, and i want to have a visible block etc displaying who donated to the server etc, so these get pref treatment when needed,
thanks

The Donations module will add the username to the block.
For your memberships, why not use the built in subscription (assuming you are using nuke 7.5+ ) |

we have our closed to registered only, so if anyone pays the online membership it comes up annoymous, so i set it to pending so looks better, they have to pay to get full access to the site, and only get part access as guest, the donations/ membership module i have already running is fine, but if i can can run two with one solely for donations only, this will help no end,
so who wants to convert one of the v1.1 for me please, and let me know how much for doing this,
call it say donation instead of donations, and running in GBP like we have now,
i'm sure this will test anyones expertise, and where better on ravens site, 1st stop last stop, if it can't be done on here no point goint anywhere else
