Sentinel NOT writing to .Htaccess...

I have had several Hack Attempts, and was notified by protector of these Union Attacks.... However..I havePointed to the .Htaccess file in the sentinel Control panel, and modified the permissions for the .HTaccess file, and nothing is bieng added as far as these Ip's of this particular Hacker.

Should there be something int he .Htaccess to begin with?

Here is my current .Htaccess file that is in the html root directory, which only contains Nuke GoogleTap code:

HackerX, you do not need both Protector and Nuke Sentinel. Personally, I believe Nuke Sentinel to be better. Protector may be stepping on NS, but I can't be sure because I have never combined the two.

Aye Protector may be stopping NukeSentinel from running its own routines.
