Error with guestbook-Raven Dist.

I was setting up the Guestbook and when i tried to save the settings, i received the following error:

Warning: fopen(modules/kisgb-nuke/user.prefs.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/porcupinepc.com/httpdocs/forums/modules/kisgb-nuke/upconfig.php on line 209
Unable to access new modules/kisgb-nuke/user.prefs.php.

Try Chmod to 777 on

kisgb folder
themes folder
kisgb.csv.php
user.prefs.php
