Someone to edit a flash script?

I need someone to edit a .fla script for me. I don't have the program to do it, or I'd do it myself.

Oh I did..sorry about that. Seems that I don't have the .fla file and the people I got the block from? Everything is in Dutch..and I can't figure out how to ask for it.

So, not much I can do.....

all you should need to edit is a .swf file. let me know if you still need help.

well i thought you cannot edit an swf if you dont have the .fla.
thing is,if im not mistaken,she has a nice file with all kinds of clocks representing some countries.
its no easy job.
