excel to mysql converter

Does anyone know of a free program that will convert an *.xls file to a mysql dump file. I'm in the process of creating my first nuke module, which is much harder than I expected. I mean sheesh Rolling Eyes

my first php script called "Hello World" was such a great success.

Eventually I want to take the data in the above dbase and write a module that will display the data in the format below.

Just export it as a .csv file and then use this http://www.mysql.com/doc/en/LOAD_DATA.html as your guide. Also, on hotscripts.com are several scripts that do that.
