php/mysql installation

Hi,
Am installing php/mysql script, it says if you are installing script for the first time, you need to do the following:
This is the 3rd time I've made a try at it, with no success.
Does anyone know the process of resetting scrpt for the 3rd time, there is only an admin/folder?
