I got an email today containing this:

Was this actually something bad or was it someone who clicked a legitimate link after searching google?

That isn't enough information to tell. If the link he clicked in Google was formed as an attack, that would explain the block. But without know the link, it's impossible to say.

The search string doesn't look too suspicious to me, but you will just have to make your own good judgement call.
