In frustration with this other user rank/moderator problem I was going to download this but fetch says I'm not authorized to view this page with a standard IE error page.

Did you read this message in the fetch mod ? (in RED)

But I can download other things from here so I guess this is why I thought it was something else. Thanks! Smile
