I am using the Milo theme primarily on my website, but I was wondering if anyone knew of the best way to add curved tables and a gradient background for the entire website. I found this website: http://www.html.it/articoli/nifty/index.html which has some non-image solutions for the curves, but I am uncertain how I would start using it in Nuke.

Most of the themes that do rounded corners use images for upper left, upper right, lower left and lower right. Because of the way Nuke themes are structured, these images are repeated over and over again for different duplicative boxes, especially in the themearticle and themeindex functions. You could add the styles that you see on the page your referenced to the Milo theme style.css file and then substitute in where the theme uses images now. Probably you'd be better off making a new theme (might as well have a duplicate code party) and call it Milo_rounded or something so you don't destroy the current theme. As to "curved tables and a gradient background for the entire web site" I'm not sure exactly what you have in mind. You could have a background image for the table that the whole page is embedded in and that might work but I'm not sure that's what you are referring to. There are table functions in most themes that you could add a background image to or you could have them reference a style that has the image in it.

Just also keep in mind that if a user comes in with JavaScript turned off (more common than you might think), make sure the site, in your eyes, is still "good enough".

Not sure its worth the trouble in my mind, but if the smallest page size possible is what you feel you need...

Yeah, I basically was just using the milo theme as a starting place to modify from, I have a backup for when I mess things up.

Is there a theme which might show me how to make the curved images in the corners?

Although it is quite an ugly theme, you can try 3-D Fantasy.
