RavenNuke forumsbackend.php Question

Not really sure where to ask this. What is forumsbackend.php supposed to display? I thought it was the last X number of forums posts by date/time. Some of my users think it is only showing them the last post in a sub-forum. I looked at the code but my brain hurts today. Smile

It is sorting descending upon the topic_last_post_id and in looking at the joins. Since every post must have a topic, it is still latest X forum posts.

Looking at the feed in Google Reader, it does only seem to show the last post from a thread. I don't know if that is the reader doing that, or the script.

Gremmie, I misstated what I meant to say... Embarassed

The key is the Topic_Last_Post_Id. This is definitely coming at it from the Topic view. That is how I use the feed too so that I can keep tabs on any new posts which occur in the Topic (i.e., the active topics).

Thanks. I might copy it and modify it to show the last x posts, period. I used to use Chris K's forums backend and I think I (and some of my vocal users) preferred that.
