Advanced Forums Block Problem

Hi Guys,

Ive searched high and low but cant seem to find the answer to my question anywhere. If theres a link can someone please point me to the fix, if not, ill state my problem here:

I downloaded and installed RavenNuke v2.10.01 with patch etc, with the package included the Advanced Forums Block. The block shows perfectly on my website with all details showing inside block but ....

The "Last 20 Forum Messages" that scrolls up the middle of the block, dont display the info its suppose to.

Can someone please put a fix to this, will be much appreciated.

Have you tried that block with the default fisubice theme to see if it works correctly?

RavenNuke does not come with an advanced forum block so I am not sure which block you are referring to. Can you point us to where you got the block so we can take a look. Also, very important: what do you mean exactly by "don't display the info its suppose to". What do you think it should be displaying?

Hi montego and FireATST,

I have tryed the block with all available themes, and the info dont display on either one of them.

I double checked and saw i was wrong montego, the block didnt come with the RavenNuke package i downloaded, Sorry!

Forums Info Block on the left hand side: The "Last 20 Forums Messages" message that scrolls up in the middle of the block, is suppose to display the last 20 forum messages.

system, still does not help. Difficult to debug without having the block code to look at. Either post the code (what is BETWEEN and opening and closing PHP tags - do not post the first and last lines of PHP tags or you will get banned) or put it into a file with a .txt extension and post the link to it here.

Can i email it to you montego?

This is alot safer than me posting the code here and getting banned, because i honestly have no clue on the opening and closing of the php tags.

I would rather you just post a link to the text file version of it or PM me the link. Just change the extension to .txt from .php, place it somewhere accessible from your site and PM me the link...
