Hi,
I seem to be having a problem changing the colors of the forum, I've attempted changes in
modules / Forums / templates / subSilver / forums.css and themes/deepblue/forums/forums.css, but changes didn't work.
Please could someone tell me what files I should be changing?

Any help is much appreciated!

Whenever you make changes to a .css file, be sure to clear your browser's cache.
