My sentinal version is 2.5.08 and is says below the version number that it is upto date. I've looked at the downloads section here and it seem that there are updates for it. Do I need to update and do I have to get them in order or can I just get the latest one?

Better update with the newest NukeSentinel version. Choose from the installer 2.5.08.-2.5.09 until you reach 2.5.11 download also the new IP2Country files to be up- to- date.
